'THIS ONE NIGHT'

This film was shot over a two day period at the beginning of December, 2006. The original purpose of the film was for Andrew Hines's application to the American Film Institute's Masters program for directing. The film was co-written and directed by Andrew, and stars Robert Bockstael and Anthony Black. The film was produced by Christina Parker, and the director of photography was Shannon Spurrell. Hair and make-up was done by MAC artist, Ronnie Schnare.

The film was a success for Hines, as it enabled him to be chosen to attend AFI as 1 of only 28 fellows accepted. 'This One Night' has also been officially selected as one of the live action shorts for the 27th annual Atlantic Film Festival. The festival runs from the 13th to the 22nd of September this fall, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The film was shot using a Panasonic HVX-200, with dashboard Kino lights, and not much else. Post produc tion was done in an Avid suite.
